What kind of system security do you employ? PDF Print E-mail
Security is one of our highest priorities. Every account is protected by some of the most advanced security technology available. Our World Wide Web product requires that all customers establish a secure, encrypted connection to the Trading and Accounts portion of our site via Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers (version 2.0 or higher) or AOL 3.0. We employ what is known as 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software. You select your own user name and password, and enter it each time you log on. You can change your Password any time. If your account is inactive for more than fifteen minutes, while you are online and connected to us, you are prompted to re-enter your Username and Password. Not only do these accounts have Multi-layered Password Protection, but also the software uses a derivative TCP/IP protocol for data transmission.

For our clients that use the Dedicated Port Service, you are connecting via a private password protected network that is not even accessible via the Internet. This is technically known as an IP blackout. In addition to state-of-the-art encryption, we implement policy procedures that dictate that any account liquidating via money transfer or monies transferred from an account, is done so only by the account holder through authorized signatures.
