How much are real-time data feeds and why do they cost extra? PDF Print E-mail
The individual stock exchanges, as owners of the trading feeds, charge extra for real-time data.  Fees vary depending on whether you are a "pro" or "non-pro" trader.  Monthly exchange fees for a non-pro trader are:

Nasdaq:    $10.00
NYSE:      $1.00
AMEX:      $1.00


OPRA (Options): $51.00
